A brief history of Steve:
I grew up in St. Louis Park and went to their public schools,
graduating from Park High in 1988. I went to the
California Institute of Technology
for college, and received a Bachelor of Science in
Mathematics in 1993. Since then, I've lived in Minneapolis and worked
for Minerva software, then later
Autodesk, which is an awesome company to work for. I married
Riki Anderson, also a Caltech graduate, on September 9, 1995.
We bought a house in the Longfellow neighborhood and lived
there happily for several years.
In 2006, I began a new spiritual path, integrating shamanism, gnostic
Christianity, and Tantra. This led to lots of travel and growth, in different
directions from what had gone before. In 2010 I gave
up my house and marriage, and moved to Maui, with the intention of continuing
to travel extensively.
